Peter brings over a three decades of experience in the foodservice industry to our team at KAIZEN Foodservice Planning and Design. Peter has a proven track record with operational efficiencies in the restaurant sector for over 25 years. Peter has extensive knowledge with regards to menu creation, kitchen planning and design, facilities management and operational expertise.
Peter holds a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Restaurant Management from Ryerson University (TMU). In addition to his work for Kaizen, he has been cooking and delivering quality and healthy foods in his successful breakfast restaurant of 25 years, Easy Breakfast.
Outside of work, Peter enjoys playing and recording music, cycling, and graphic design.
