David is the Director in Charge of Planning and has been with the firm since 1995. David has worked directly in food production and patient service delivery at both the University Health Network (formally the Toronto Hospital) and Bridgepoint Health (formally the Riverdale Hospital).
David combines this operational experience with academic training in food service planning and design and ten years as a consultant with our firm. David has a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Ryerson Polytechnic University.
Paul is the Director in Charge of Design and has been with the firm since 1998. He brings over 24 years of international project experience in food facility design. Paul is a Professional Member of FCSI and has diplomas in both architectural design and project management.
Paul creates food service designs that are functional for the operator and aesthetically pleasing for the clients and staff. He combines his project management expertise with architectural discipline as he works with Clients from concept development through final plans and documents to installation.
Edward is the Managing Director and the Partner in Charge of all Management Advisory Services. He has been with the company since 1991 and combines his 25 years of food service consulting and operational experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management and an M.B.A. from York University’s Schulich School of Business.
He is a Professional Member of the Foodservice Consultant Society International, and a member of the board at the American Association of Healthcare Consultants. Edward heads up all Management Advisory Services facilitating numerous business plans, strategic plans, master plans, conceptual designs, feasibility studies, functional programs and operator request for proposals.
