Eva Sigurdardottir Eva Joined Kaizen from Centennial College in 2013 and leads the effort in Design of all foodservice facilities.  She is proficient in REVIT (7 years) and AutoCAD (9 years). She is responsible for all scheduling and internal coordination within the design sector at Kaizen. Eva has worked on numerous projects in the educational sector and works effectively with other design disciplines during the production of all drawings and documents in the design process. Eva is a member of the Canadian Green Building Building Council (Greater Toronto Area Chapter) and the Canadian BIM Counsil.

Eili Kleppe Adv. Dipl Arch Tech. (Honours), Registered Building Technician, Revit Architecture Certified Professional. Eili obtained her Advanced Diploma of Architectural Technology, with honours. She is a certified Registered Building Technician with the Asscociation of Architectural Technologist of Ontario (AATO) and a Revit Architecture Certified Professional. Joining the firm in 2015, Eili has completed numerous projects in the educational sector and works effectively with other design disciplines during the production of drawings and documents in the design process. She works closely with  other team members in the design of all foodservice facilities. While is proficient in Revit (5 years) and AutoCAD (9 years) she is also responsible for coordinating with Eva, as a team, relating to all scheduling and internal coordination with the design sector at Kaizen.

Nicole Pin, BASc (Honors), RD, Masters of Applied Nutrition Nicole Pin holds a bachelor’s degree in Applied Human Nutrition, with honors, Masters of Applied Nutrition and Registered Dietitian Certification. Her background includes both research and practical training with acute care and foodservice operations in large healthcare institutions. She is an active member of Dietitians of Canada and contributor to the Practice Based Evidence in Nutrition database. She has educational training in Restaurant Operations Management and Long Term Care operational planning including an Advanced Foodservice Training Certification.   Joining the firm in October 2015, Nicole’s focus has been providing project support to our clients in various sectors. Her dynamic training and education provide a unique skillset and hands-on approach for enhancing the operational planning and development of institutions.
